What is your policy and procedures on domain registrations and transfers ?how long do they typically take?
For Registration:
You simply place an order for the domain you want, and in 24 hours the domain will be registered and propagated to the designated server.

For Transfer:
You'll also need to place an order for the transfer, the transfer itself is for free, but any transfer is followed by a 1 year registration, with the normal registration price.
You'll be sent a confirmation email from your old registrar confirming the transfer, once you confirm this, your domain is usually transferred within 24 hours.
